Certificate of Compliance and Certificate of Origin
Upon request, Garrett Electronics Corp. will provide Certificate of
Compliance and Certificate of Origin documentation for all customer
purchase orders for components or design kits.
Certificate of Compliance documents provides the manufacturer's part
number, lot number, date code, component description, country of origin,
HS tariff classification number, ECCN code, RoHS compliance status,
customer purchase order number, Garrett Electronics' invoice number,
number of componenets shipped, and Garrett Electronics' address and
contact data.
The Certificate of Origin document is a completed Department of
Treasury, United States Customs Services, North American Free Trade
Agreement form 19 CFR 181.11.181.22. This document provides the
manfacturer's part number and name, a brief description of the
components, the HS tariff classification number, country of origin, cost
of components purchased, customer name and address, and Garrett
Electronics' address, contact data and tax ID number.
